After looking up AuthorisationTrampoline (no, really) jerakeen found a PDF on Mac OS X security.
It contains a pointer for a Rate My Password feature. Open Keychain Access (in Utilities), then Change Keychain Password (under Edit).
Click the 'i' button, and you'll get this:
Usually my passwords are rated at more like 30-50. If you're really paranoid, you'd probably prefer to get them even higher than that.
Now to figure out why Apple hid that feature that deeply...
