The little scumbag, "19-year-old Daniel Halpin from Stockwell", is back, and defacing the lovely new concrete of the CTRL/NLL works, as well as stuff on the Northern Line and elsewhere.
Hopefully this time the Transport Police will stop messing around with community service and ASBOs and bang the bastard up until he learns to stop.
