The plucky Hong Kong based importers of video game finery have run out of money to defent themselves from a Sony legal onslaught.

The plucky Hong Kong based importers of video game finery have run out of money to defend themselves from a Sony legal onslaught.

In a parting shot, though, they name a whole bunch of Sony Europe high ups who, er, bought import PSPs from them.

The list of PSP related Sony Europe orders reads like the who's who of the videogames industry, and includes Ray Maguire (Managing Director, [SCEE] Ltd), Alan Duncan (UK Marketing Director, [SCEE] Ltd), Chris Sorrell (Creative Director, [SCEE] Ltd), Rob Parkin (Development Director, [SCEE] Limited), just to name a few.

I'm glad to see the BBC picking up on this Sony response:

Sony admits senior staff bought PlayStation Portable (PSP) handheld consoles from an illegal source but only for investigatory purposes

Is it just me, or are Sony still hemmoraging goodwill?

Sony denies that its actions had anything to do with the closure of the Lik-Sang website.

Right, the multiple ruinous lawsuits have absolutely nothing to do with it?
