Includes a fix for showing if "Secure Keyboard Entry" is enabled, a Safari "spoof popup" fix, and a whole load of Apache fixes (including some Mac specific tricks to do with resource and data forks and .DS_Store files).
Looks like there have been some problems with this update. Be careful out there.
