I can't find a decent URL to link to other than the download itself.
Anyway, thought I'd mention it.
Looks like it incorporates the move to Quartz (from QuickDraw, I assume) and rewritten tab bar management.
On Mac OS X 10.4 Camino now uses the unified title-/toolbar on its windows.
"I can see a window styling bandwagon: quick, let's catch up to it!"
I shouldn't be so mean. The release notes are vast, and it looks like there's a lot of nice human interface work there.
